I walked in at 10 minutes til close and asked if they had time to make a quick smoothie. One employee said they were closed and another (I’m guessing the manager) said they close at 4. ( you could also tell he thought it was the end of the world I walked in, that close to closing time) he was so annoyed I was there and how rude they were so I just said “don’t worry about it and walked out” I used to work in food industry and I never would of imagined turning customers down before the exact minute we close. I literally buy a sandwich and smoothie every day, I won’t anymore.

I went in to eat my lunch and my smoothie fell off the table and spilled everywhere. The manager looked at the mess and made the one employee help me clean it up why she just stood there. Then the nice employee offered to remake my smoothie but the manager shut that down. It was an honest accident. Very rude of the other employees and will never come back
