  Danielle at the mall road location in Florence was outstanding!! She didn’t yell through the intercom, she was very calm and kind’! She deserves To be recognized and awarded! Thank you Danielle for everything sweetie! She made our evening after a bad day!! I pray great karma comes her way!!! Thank you again’ she made my 8 yr old daughter happy!!

  They messed up an order and we tried to make it right they argued and denied to fix it at first this was the late night shift. I have no bad feelings towards these managers however every customer is not out to scam them for free food. I was able to show them the charges on my account and also the dash cam footage of the day and time of our order. My mistake was after realizing they messed up I called the wrong location for a credit for it. We worked it out but they called me out like I was a liar and a thief trying to scam free food. I also called the location we initially contacted to explain to them we called and got the credit at the wrong location and the other location that we received the order from finnaly made it right.

  I went through the drive through today and the man with the beard and woman with glasses were really kind to me and wished me a happy birthday it was very cool of them I know customer service is hard and I appreciated it!!

  I came in had to order on kiosk because the crew in the back with radio so loud they didn’t even know we came in then my messed up my order i called to a manager she took my name and told me come in when I can to get my credit I come back in and soon as I tell the woman Danelle it’s for a credit she denies me my food tells me she can call all her manages to check them tells me come back another day at 10am like lady is my time free?? My gas free?? So unprofessional
