  You would think two items would be right, no. A chicken quesdilla, a quesdilla with three cheese, chicken and sauce. No cheese on my quesdilla, hardly grilled, which doesn't matter because its just bread sauce and chicken at this point

  They get 2 stars cause the food was made and delivered. But my order is inedible. I am vegan and modify my orders to remove cheese, ranches, and sour cream as well as add more veggies (that they charge for) to fill up the space. Tonight, its like they didn't even bother looking at the mods. Everything i requested removed was kept, some things that were added that i paid for were not. It's late and i paid 20 dollars for food i have to throw away cause i literally can't eat it. Do yourself a favor, if you modify your orders, get them yourself too and check before you leave so this doesn't happen to you.

  Since when has it become socially acceptable to completely ignore a customer?? I had to use one of those stupid kiosks and after I ordered there was no way to get my drink. I stood at the counter for 3-5 minutes while two different employees walked right by and didn't even greet me. All to get a simple cup!! What has taco bell come to!!

  Mario has been so amazing every time I come. He always gets my order right, helped walk me through my questions and made the food deliciously. He's an amazing worker and I'll be back because of him!
