  I had no idea about this place until today 😅 The smoothie was so good I don't know what I've been doing with my life. Ironton on being a long-term customer with this place after trying it and now seeing the full menu I've got a unbelievable amount of choices that I can't wait to get into. Right now is the one I started with is Paradise point ☝️ And believe me it's on point!

  I have been getting smoothies from this location for about 2 weeks and I finally tried a jerk chicken wrap the other day and then yesterday it went bad when I purchased a chicken Bacon ranch flatbread, I took 2 bites out of it and noticed a piece of molded grilled chicken inside the flatbread something told me to open it when I noticed the lettuce didn’t look too good either! I didn’t know they already some bad reviews with there fruit and bacon being served uncooked and now I’m typing about molded chicken, I had to call out of work today sick, I dont even live up there I’m a truck driver and have to come up there everyday around the area so I try to stay a lil healthy I was thinking anyway by stopping at that location, I can’t get ahold to corporate so this is why I’m typing and leaving this review!! So hopefully they see this and can reach out to me i definitely probably ate a piece and didn’t catch it before I actually saw it on top of the video so I have of what I saw I definitely have evidence…

  I ordered the detox smoothie + the pesto wrap. Never had tropical smoothie Cafe before - and this was a great experience for me. Store was clean. Employees were hygienic. You can taste the kale and ginger in the detox smoothie. But it shouldn't be a problem if you like those things. Texture was good. No big chunks. Not too thick and not too thin. The pesto wrap is pretty good, too! Calories are listed on the menu.

  Order was wrong 2 times Order a bowl and got a wrap sent it back to be fixed and got a bowl of a scoop of Rice and onions nothing else no meat no cheese nothing like what do I supposed to eat and to make it even bader it was my lunch time so I had to go the rest of my shift with no food 😡

  The smoothie I got was undrinkable because it wasn’t blended all the way and none of it would come through the straw.
