I placed it and it told me to pay the remaining balance at the counter, so I went up front. But I stood up front for at LEAST 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, even though I was looked at twice and wasn’t the only person at the counter. I told them the issue and was told one second. By this time someone else up front who had been waiting longer than me had walked out. I ended up just trying to replace the order. I’m still sitting here 30 minutes later waiting for my food. I have watched maybe 5-6 other people also waiting walk out because they got sick of waiting too. Not to mention I watched them be rude to each other, and to customers in the drive thru. Window slamming shut, short and rude responses. We have been here so far an hour total, and no food. Should have just went next door to McDonald’s at this point. Will not be coming back. Other customers up front said they had the same issues the other night as well.
