  I ordered the cantina black bean salad. When I got home and took it out of the bag, I was depressed. For the price the contents appeared way too small for the container thy were in, and every item in the container were very small. I really wander what a cantina salad made to company standards should REALLY look and feel like.

  I showed up just before 2:30am and the guy inside told me at the ordering speaker that they could only take mobile orders and when I tried to order it said they couldn’t process because it was closing soon. If it’s not going to be open till 3 then the hours should be changed.

  Terrible service. Paid for food and ended up waiting 40 minutes BEFORE THEY EVER STARTED MAKING THE ORDER. ALMOST AN HOUR TOTAL TIME before we received the order!! Would have 100% asked for my money back if we didn't pay with a card. There was only 2 people Inside, and two cars in the drive thru. No reason it should take that long. They need new employees from the top to the bottom.

  I’ve never had this many issues getting Taco Bell. First the kiosk didn’t take my order- which isn’t their fault and I get it. I placed it and it told me to pay the remaining balance at the counter, so I went up front. But I stood up front for at LEAST 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, even though I was looked at twice and wasn’t the only person at the counter. I told them the issue and was told one second. By this time someone else up front who had been waiting longer than me had walked out. I ended up just trying to replace the order. I’m still sitting here 30 minutes later waiting for my food. I have watched maybe 5-6 other people also waiting walk out because they got sick of waiting too. Not to mention I watched them be rude to each other, and to customers in the drive thru. Window slamming shut, short and rude responses. We have been here so far an hour total, and no food. Should have just went next door to McDonald’s at this point. Will not be coming back. Other customers up front said they had the same issues the other night as well.

  the staff was being super nasty to one another, I sat in the dining room waiting 20+ min for 3 soft tacos and when it came out they gave me no drink and ignored me for another 10 min. i also watched them ignore 6-10 people who would walk in and stand at the counter for 15-20 min before they got fed up and left. not once did they say anything to anyone, ask them for just a second, welcome them in nothing. this is truly the worst taco bell. they were too worried about getting their energy drinks than serving customers, and when they did serve they messed all the orders up. overall a bad experience and i won’t be back.
