All the workers were complaining about having customers and would not even talk to anyone or come to the counter. I have come here multiple times and it has been like this every time. Today I put in an online order through the app and waited 23 minutes in the parking lot after arriving 11 minutes after putting in the order. It wasn't just me either, they had the guy behind me waiting right next to me. I didn't even order a huge order or anything, just 4 items. They did apologizefor the wait at least, I appreciated that. All in all, it's quicker to driver longer to another location, and I will be doing that in the future

Last time I didnt bother complaining.. just kept it pushing, as I work in fast food and get that things happen.. this time I tried calling.. no answer after my 5th attempt I took to leaving this review.. it cost nothing to take a little pride in what you do.. even if the job isnt glamorous.. On top of them forgetting things and not answering the phone.. the lady in drive thru seemed like it was the last place she wanted to be. Hopefully when I speak to one of people who actually care about their job they will make it right. I eat here often due to my wife's pregnancy cravings.
