- WHWendy HerweckOct 31, 20251.0I did a pick up order online for 915 pick up For two subs. I walked in the subway and nobody was inside there. I was in there for approximately two minutes and then I yelled hello and then the guy finally came out… I told him I was there to pick up my subs, He then tried to tell me that I already picked up my order. I explained to him I did not and he said he handed it to somebody else that knew what my order was. I said well I didn’t pick it up and nobody else picked it up so you gave my order to somebody else. The guy was very rude and would not give me my money back for my subs that he gave to somebody else. He said it wasn’t his issue. It was mine. I do not recommend the subway at all. They are very rude and thieves. They’ll steal your money and steal your food.

The service was incredibly rude. They did not hand us a cup for our combo we ordered so we grabbed cups and they screamed at us for grabbing the wrong size. Then proceeded to loudly bad mouth us while we were eating. This place is terrible and I will NEVER go there again.

Then one of the staff told me that since I ordered online, I don’t get a bag — which already felt unnecessary. As I started eating, they said that if you order online, you’re not allowed to sit and eat there. They even started talking in another language about my coupon (I used the $6.99 footlong offer), which felt really disrespectful. The way they treated me as a customer was rude and unprofessional. Definitely not the kind of service you’d expect from Subway.

Even if you tell them your full name and what you ordered, they’ll scream something to you in an incomprehensible language (definitely not English). This joke of a place needs to go out of business pronto.
- WHWyatt HuntSep 1, 20251.0Dude in there was very rude and terrible my wife was trying to get a cup of ice and he pointed towards the cup and she grabbed one and he wanted to charge her 2$ just for the cup to put ice in and he yelled at her and told her next time don’t just grab a cup and we got back in the car and the ice was dirty GET BETTER EMPLOYEES
