- CVCj VinsonFeb 13, 20261.0this place is a joke, everytime i come here my order always gets messed up. tonight i ordered 2 cheese coneys everything on them, got cheese fries instead with no chili no nothing… who orders just cheese and fries at a chili restaurant? weird. then i ordered two chilitoes with noodles and onion. i get two chilitoes with just sour cream in them nothing else… im a type one diabetic and i gave my self the amount of insulin i needed based off what i ordered so i appreciate this low blood sugar scene im about to have :) and the manager said “well our employees are highschool students” okay?? they teach you how to read and write in elementary school?? being in highschool isn’t an excuse for messing up someone’s WHOLE order when the receipt was exactly what i said besides the sour cream in my chilitoes?? Bad enough this stuff is as expensive as it is, don’t hire high schoolers if that’s gonna be your excuse when someone’s whole order gets messed up when they weren’t even busy either. if i could give 0 stars i would. it’s a disappointment everytime i visit this location
