- MPM. P.Dec 24, 20253.0Well, I had not had Papa Johns in about 6yrs. It was my fav yrs ago, if I had to buy pizza, normally I make my own dough and grow my toppings. PJs recipe has changed. The dough is not nearly as light or bready as it used to be. It had a firm tough bottom crust and not sure between that and the sauce. The toppings are, probably, cost-efficiently applied. The sauce and cheese unremarkable. The garlic butter, sitting beside my hot pizza, was thick like cheese whiz... sumthin's not right. Entertained that the ticket indicated the banana pepper was "a side". Was glad to have a hot meal the day after 6in snow, while moving... but PJ will not likely be my "ooh aah, special pizza from a store" choice any more.... or, give it another 6+ yrs.

I called and told them about it and I know they seen it on camera. I drove by yesterday and it was still working there, if they allow them to blame who's to say they even make them wash their hands smh.
