  815pm ordered on the mobile app, pulled up to the window, was told to pull up, they were making new fries, waited 8 to 10 mins, food came out, drove .7miles, fries are cold, under cooked, so what were we waiting on? Bun so hard on the mc chicken it was un edible

  Believe me or not, I had a genuinely good experience at this McDonald’s. I actually drive all the way from Louisville and decided to stop by, and I’m really glad I did. We came as two families together, and from the moment we walked in, everything felt smooth, welcoming, and well organized. Ordering Happy Meals for the kids was easy and stress-free. The staff was friendly, polite, and patient, even with a larger group and multiple orders. They took their time to make sure everything was correct and communicated clearly, which I truly appreciated. It’s not always easy managing family orders, but they handled it very well. The food was fresh, hot, and nicely packed. The kids were excited with their Happy Meals, which made the whole experience even better for us adults. The dining area was clean, tables were maintained, and the overall environment felt comfortable and family-friendly. What stood out the most was the positive attitude of the staff. They seemed genuinely happy to help, not rushed or careless. For a quick stop after a long drive, this place exceeded expectations. I would definitely stop by again when traveling from Louisville and would recommend this McDonald’s to families looking for friendly service and a pleasant experience.

  I don’t eat their burgers. They have no taste. I think their chicken tenders are outstanding.

  I unfortunately come here often as it is very close to my house. This has got to be the worst McDonald's I've eaten at in 40 years. The workers are constantly saying they dont want to be there. Not ONE person can take an order correctly to the point I started using the kiosk to place my order. Then, once your order is in you can just sit down and relax. No matter how slow or busy it is, you are not getting fast service. After you get your food, and if by chance its correct, it WILL be cold. The soda machine in the dining room has been broken for months, so you have to go talk to them again for refills, which sometimes will take 2 minutes depending on how long the tik tok or reel playing on the associates phone is. I dont leave bad reviews. Look at my profile. I usually only leave great reviews when I do. I hope that the person in charge or anyone there that cares trys to do better. I'll drive 20 extra minutes so I never have to deal with it again.

  seriously the most incompetent workers. worker stuck her head out the window to scream. rude and nasty attitude. food also always wrong.
