We called and were on hold for over 10 minutes no one answered. Pizza arrived to our door at 8:13pm cold. It was a new lady delivery driver we’ve never had this issue before. I’m not sure what happened but we shouldn’t have to eat cold pizza and wait an additional 30 plus minutes after it left the Mt Zion store. It also concerns me what was the delivery driver doing during that long period of time with my pizza in her car. Typically if it’s late they will call and let us know. Zero communication from Larosas. We paid full price for a cold pizza. As I said this has never happened before and it’s a bit odd to me.
