    We usually have great service with Larosas. We got a text that the pizza left the store at 7:40pm Mt Zion location is less than 2.4 miles from my house. We called and were on hold for over 10 minutes no one answered. Pizza arrived to our door at 8:13pm cold. It was a new lady delivery driver we’ve never had this issue before. I’m not sure what happened but we shouldn’t have to eat cold pizza and wait an additional 30 plus minutes after it left the Mt Zion store. It also concerns me what was the delivery driver doing during that long period of time with my pizza in her car. Typically if it’s late they will call and let us know. Zero communication from Larosas. We paid full price for a cold pizza. As I said this has never happened before and it’s a bit odd to me.

    I ordered the chicken Alfredo Ziti and it was very disappointing. The pizza also wasn’t much better. The delivery driver was nice, and customer service was somewhat helpful, which I appreciated.

    Pizzas were cut incorrectly (standard instead of square shape), it happens, I understand. But 3 sauce cups were missing from my order and I reached out to customer service a week later and was told "sorry, reach out sooner next time." No offer of a refund or gift card or anything. Life happens and people get busy - it is not as if I said the whole order was missing. It was a simple $2 and now, I will never order from a larosas again. Hope keeping the $2 was worth it to them 👍
