I arrived to find the sampler platter and nothing else. I showed them the email receipt for the first order and they said there was nothing they could do because they didn't see the order. I couldn't reorder because the first order was pending with my bogo offer. I asked them to cancel the sampler meal and refund me since they wouldn't make the first order with my email receipt. They said I have to contact corporate to get a refund. When I leave I see I have an email timed at 6:03 42 minutes after my order saying there was a transmission issue with the first order. The local manager didn't care and didn't want to make my food or give me a refund for the other order. I can't feed a family with 1 out of 3 meals. I emailed customer service and God knows if I will get a refund. I foresee doing a credit card dispute in the near future. You would think they would see I made a legit order and make the food and keep a customer. There is not enough price difference between Fazoli's and Olive Garden to justify remaining a customer. Update: The manager reached out to me, apologized, and is processing the refund.
