- SSSam5 days ago1.0This is clearly not an isolated issue based on other reviews that mention the broken English, rude behavior of staff and frequent wrong orders. The female employee couldn't understand a phrase as simple as "My order is wrong" and kept responding with "There's no Samantha here." There was no apology for the mistake or for having to come back and the sausage in the wrap was cold when I finally received the corrected order. The coffee tasted stale-so much so that the 3 creams and 3 sugars I added couldn't hide how old it tasted. Management has failed to address repeated customer complaints and has placed someone in a customer-facing role who lacks adequate communication skills.
