We called and spoke to a manager and her response was “we have to measure what we put on them and that she couldn’t do anything about it.” She didn’t offer a refund or discount on a future order. I wouldn’t order from them anymore and would recommend they put an option on to add sauce to you hoagie and not just on the side.
