  I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. I was waiting at the pickup window for almost 30 minutes. The app showed that my order was already ready and out of the oven, yet no one came to the window to assist me. The employee standing right next to the window was busy filling out paperwork and completely ignored me. I even honked my car horn to get someone’s attention, but he still didn’t acknowledge me or seem to care. I understand that paperwork and other tasks are part of the job, but customer service should come first — especially when an order is marked ready and a customer is waiting. A simple acknowledgment or quick assistance would have made a big difference. I hope management takes this seriously and improves their customer service.

  JUST DON’T BOTHER. I called to tell them they made our orders wrong and he agreed to remake them, so we drove to the store for the second time only for him to argue that he was actually only going to remake half of it. Despite the entire order being made wrong and him ARGUING this with me on the phone before. When we asked to speak with a manager, this teenager tried to claim he was the manager. I made a complaint to corporate and never heard back. They do not care about this place at all and they especially do not care about customer experience, just save your time and go somewhere else. Can’t make a pasta bowl correctly if their life depended on it.

  So I ordered from the drive thru from the Domino's app. First time in a long time we have ordered Domino's. On the app I first selected my coupon which was 20% off entire order. We like to add multiple toppings because we like a lot on our pizza. It was the maximum of 7 toppings. It made me very angry to get home and see that I had a pizza with just cheese and sauce. I looked at the recipe and the app in which said that the pizza was made correctly. I called the store to explain an issue that happened within the app maybe with the coupon and they said they couldn't take the pizza back to reorder. Which with this cheese pizza I combined with cheesy bread for the deal. So now I'm paying 23 dollars extra to make my family happy and to waste a cheese pizza. With mistakes, y'all are making enough profit to help fix any issue and make your customers happy as ever. Otherwise I'll continue to order from Snappys whom just opened a new "all you can eat" right up the street from us. Thank you
