She forgot my husbands beer, got us the wrong drinks, forgot some of our food, then disappeared and I had to ask someone else for boxes and our check after waiting for 20 mins. The food was not good. More than half our order was cold (wings, Mac and cheese, burger) and when we finally got our forgotten fries they were kind of brown and I swear they were old and the kitchen just threw them back in the fryer! They were so nasty we didn’t eat them. Then I find out our server was actually a manager. I contacted Buffalo Wild Wings but haven’t heard a thing! We won’t be back to this location which is sad because it used to be so good!
