- KSK S5 days ago1.0I’m not sure what kind of crazy plan someone had with the cones outside today but it caused unsafe conditions on the road. In fact 7 Brew has caused some major traffic issues for 42. It seems like they’re just unbelievably slow and constantly backing up onto 42 causing hazards to passerby’s.

Traffic constantly backed up onto 42 blocking an entire lane of traffic just for sheep trying to pull in to get an overpriced cup of chain coffee. There was a perfectly fine small Mom and pop shop right next-door that this place ruined with much more expensive and worse coffee.

I got the 7 energy with some flavors she had recommended and it was amazing! Keep it up! I wanted to personally write this about them. They were both amazing talkative and so friendly!
- HCHailey ChipmanDec 21, 20251.0Update, as I’ve come to learn this crew I’ve realized customer service as in making sure people have their orders taken, and people get them as their made isn’t as important to them as making friends, tik toks/videos & socializing with their friends as they come through (night shift specifically) , tonight we waited in like over 45 minutes, watched them push out the entire first line, while our worker was making her own drink, had one of her buddies honk so of course had to go talk to them, by the time we hear line 2 our worker is behind our car filming tik Toks/videos with another girl IN THE LINE, I’m sorry but theirs a time a place to be goofing off & that time is not work, then the manger wasn't anymore help she just excuses the employees behavior, definitely a shame to see it quickly going down hill. Side note also make sure you’re checking the workers on pricing/orders numerous times we asked for something like whipped cream (free) and they would charge us for cold foam or other things on top of it, overcharging us, Sneaky. Shoutout still to max, best worker y’all got!
