  This 7Brew location is run but hardly 16 year old high school students. The drive through was a disaster with “workers” laughing and dancing while cars are unsure of where to go. It was our first time there and the employee told me their coffee shop did not sell cold brew coffees. It was in bold on their menu. The coffees just tasted full of syrup and were not the best. We just have heard many good things and just an unfortunate experience due to employees. We do believe it is run but very young people and it is not the best for a business.

  First visit. Didn't go well. The people taking the order were very pleasant. Coffee...not so much. My wife ordered a coffee with coconut milk like she does at every other coffee shop and I orderedthe one with irish cream.. First problem the attendant hands us the coffees but says she has no idea which coffee is which. I assume they don't label the coffees. We tried both neither had even a hint of irish cream. The other was luke warm and not coconut milk. It tasted like soy which neither of us can drink. My wife was concerned we got someone elses order.These were just bad coffees and certainly not worth about $16. Never heard of this chain until they opened this location and I was not impressed. Might be a glitch due to being so new but for now I'll hold out hope they open a Dutch Bros closer.

  A young lady with vibrant colored hair who took my sister and I’s order did not give us any time to look at the menu before ordering. We told her immediately we needed a minute to look at the menu and not even 10 seconds later she asked if we were ready and we said no and not even 5 seconds later she asked again, so we just ordered something we weren’t even sure we wanted. It was only my second time ever going and there aren’t any menus offered or up to look at due to the workers taking your order in the parking lot, so I just needed a minute to look and decide.

  I came through the drive thru this morning around 1130 on November 7th . Order a medium strawberry cupcake energy drink with cold foam on top they made my drink as a slushie when I wanted it to be a regular drink, then I ordered a Medium blondie vanilla and caramel with extra scoop of Carmel and extra vanilla with cold foam on top and Carmel drizzle on top of foam I didn’t have no cold foam at all and no caramel and it wasn’t sweet.. it seemed like they were in a rush to get everybody out of the drive-thru so I wasn’t able to tell them they made a mistake on both of my drinks. Looks like I will no longer go to this 7brew I will keep going to the one in Newport ….

  My husband and I moved from the Pacific Northwest last year where good coffee abounds. One of the biggest adjustments for me (a former barista) was not having as many coffee options, especially when it came to drive-thru! I have kids now, and sometimes trying to keep their fingers off of things while waiting for a drink takes a little too much patience. I have never had 7 brew until this week, and was nearly frantic with skepticism while ordering. To my surprise, the coffee was absolutely amazing (no bitterness, not over roasted) and the staff were extremely friendly! I nearly wept with elation (kinda kidding, kinda not). My only regret is that I'm now the tired 30 something instead of the hip young person making the coffee. I shall have to buy more 7 brew to console myself. So thankful to have this place as an option! They're close to all of the grocery places I shop at, and on the way to most of our other errands. So happy to have them in Florence!
