  Drink was made incorrectly. Emailed support 4 times in the past two weeks just to be ignored about it. Still hasn’t been resolved. (Even after the reply that they’d get back to me)

  The location on 42 is disorganized and traffic flow is too congested for the small space. When one attendant is left to manage the drive thru lines they skip over cars next in line to order often adding significant wait time to place an order. Other locations seem to have a better method to handle the volume.

  Do not waste your money! "7 Fizz"--both of them were flat and had a horrible artificial aftertaste and was 50% ice. The lemonade was super fizzy...but I didn't ask for fizz. It tasted like watered down sprite. I did not ask for cold foam, but they clearly put it in and then removed it because the coagulated bits were floating around like vomit. The service was very slow for 11am on a weekday and everyone I saw working looked and acted like the annoying kind of high schooler that is trying to be hip-upbeat. At $4.25 each for a small, never again. The bonus was I asked how many ounces each size was since there was no visible menu. The kid taking my order said she couldn't remember and used her hands to motion "about size." Omg be for real.

  Hands down best coffee place. My wife and I are huge into coffee, and almost every place we went was hit or miss depending on who is working at the time, but the 7-Brew in Florence has been spot on and consistent every time, and for being the best, they are priced incredibly well. Their only downside is they are doing too well as traffic becomes a problem from time to time due to their popularity.

  Was disappointed this morning to arrive to 7brew, only to find the building empty and dark. 5:30 on a Saturday morning is early, yes, but if the staff cannot get there in time, maybe the hours should be adjusted. Waited around for a little to see if they were just running late, but I didn’t have the time to wait around for long.
