  I went through the drive through today and ordered the chicken tenders kids meal because on the sign it showed $4 (budgeting) when they rang it up the total came to $6 i asked why and was told that is what they rang up at and that the tenders were always more, they then sent the manager out to check and she took the sign inside and they continued to tell me that is was the $6, i explained hat I saw it posted on their sign for $4 so I should get it for that amount, when I kept repeating myself they said they couldn't understand what I was asking, ive had several issues with the service and I wont be going back

  Stopped in there today, ordered 2 large chilies! When we got home and opened them there early over half full! We WILL NOT be stopping here again! I paid for 2 cups full, not a little of half full! Trsin your employees to fill the cup! Thus is RIDICULOUS

  Our order included food we didn't order. Food was not very good quality 😕 this place has always since its open been a not so good place to eat. Trust me just go to Arby's or McDonald's. Service is a lot better at anyplace in flemingburg other then Wendy's.

  Great place to eat. The food is always fresh and the service is fast. I don’t have to worry about missing items. And the staff are wonderful. Just a positive experience.

  Extremely disappointed with this Wendy’s location. I placed and paid for my order through the official Wendy’s app, drove all the way here, and when I arrived, they told me they were out of what I ordered and refused to refund me. The staff said it “wasn’t their problem” and that I needed to contact the app instead. I understand supply issues can happen, but refusing to take responsibility or offer any kind of solution is unacceptable. The least they could’ve done was process a refund or offer a replacement item. I’m now out the money and left with nothing. Terrible customer service — I’d recommend avoiding mobile orders at this location until they figure out how to handle app orders properly.
