I placed and paid for my order through the official Wendy’s app, drove all the way here, and when I arrived, they told me they were out of what I ordered and refused to refund me. The staff said it “wasn’t their problem” and that I needed to contact the app instead. I understand supply issues can happen, but refusing to take responsibility or offer any kind of solution is unacceptable. The least they could’ve done was process a refund or offer a replacement item. I’m now out the money and left with nothing. Terrible customer service — I’d recommend avoiding mobile orders at this location until they figure out how to handle app orders properly.

Get my food and start eating and you forget stuff, come on. I have worked in the food service. It isn’t hard. Read the ticket and put it in accordingly. Do you not get paid enough to care about your job? If so then quit and stop being like that. It doesn’t matter if you are busy read the ticket and complete each on. Don’t sacrifice one for another. Have had bad experience from you all but really wanted Wendy’s. I’m done. Do better for everyone else. Shame. Just a shame.
