I understand supply issues can happen, but refusing to take responsibility or offer any kind of solution is unacceptable. The least they could’ve done was process a refund or offer a replacement item. I’m now out the money and left with nothing. Terrible customer service — I’d recommend avoiding mobile orders at this location until they figure out how to handle app orders properly.
