  We eat at this Subway often & really appreciate the friendly & engaging staff, the attention to cleanliness, the consistent quality of the subs & the handy table area. Great local choice for a fresh sandwich!

  I got a Philly stk &cheese and a ham sub and I asked them to toast then and they wasn’t toasted at all and when I called they said well there’s nothing we can do now never again will I eat there

  1 star only and solely for the fact that if they don't have you're entire order they will still send you want they do have and keep your money

  Zero stars!!! We stopped by there last night 6/12/25 at just before 8pm . We waited for the employee to finish helping the customer before us....which seemed like a long wait for one sandwich....finally when we stepped up to the counter to order our sandwiches, she told us, under her breath, they were closed....it was a little after 8! She wouldn't even look at us, just stood there and quietly told us she was closed, I had to ask just to be sure I heard her right and sure enough she said yes, she was closed. They lost not only us but the customer behind us as well. I guess getting good quality employees who are willing to do the job they are getting paid to do is hard to come by these days! Needless to say we will not be back, we were regular customers but we'll just drive out to Maysville, like we did last night, at least they were customer oriented and willing to take our order in a friendly manner. Thank you Maysville Subway for your 5 star service!
