  This is absolutely the worst McDonald's in the Greenup Ashland Ironton Area. I came thru today on Tuesday March 10th and parked my car and placed my order for a Big Arch meal with a 10 piece nugget. I'm not stranger to fast food so when I get to the window the cashier ask to park is space number 3 which is fine. I wait almost 10 minutes on a burger and fries while 6 or 7 cars behind me are served and sent on their way. So I walk inside thinking I've been missed. Not a person greets me at the counter ask what I need nothing. 3 people walked by one girl out a bag of chocolate ice cream literally on the counter right in front of my face and walked off. Finally I hear the DT guy say are you running out the McArch and the ten piece i tell the guy with the bag that is my food and finally 20 minutes later I have my food. This is not to count other issues on other visits like ordering a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and getting a biscuit with nothing on it. Ordering sandwiches with no pickles and getting pickles normal things that mistakes happen but after being forgotten about in a parked space today I doubt I'll be back for lunch at this location I'll go across the bridge to Ironton.

  You will not receive fast food here. Slow food. Even when you order 2 things, they ask you to pull in waiting space. Do better.

  It's always a 20-25 min wait in lobby, even when you're the only customer. They only care about drive through, even heard a manager say counter orders don't matter
