- MCMay CFeb 26, 20262.0So.. we have had a love, hate relationship with this location for some time. I did allow the management to try and "resolve" the issues and of course, those orders were fine. However, it truly is hit or miss. Today, after months of not eating here, my daughter requested pizza rolls, so as a quick decision on a busy day, we hoped for the best. Even PAY DOUBLE what we would have paid going to even Little Ceasers, to be disappointed again. Some items were okay but the crustless pizza was horrible. I asked for no onions, sub black olive. They did put olive, but also still added TONS of onion, so much so, you could smell it over everything. My loaded wedges, I don't even know how the cheese melted but the wedges themselves UNCOOKED?? Sorcery I suppose.. of the worst kind. When you are spending nearly $50 each time, it's definitely a let down... not worth another call, won't go back again.

This last time, they didn't even show up. They charged my card, tho. Delivery fee, tip, everything. I never got the pizza. After 70 mins I called and Danica told me that I could just come and get the order. They aren't delivering anymore. No offer to refund the tip and delivery fee. She said that If I can't come and get it then I can call customer service. I felt like things could have been handled better. I felt like I was speaking with a teenager first thing in the morning. Stomping their feet and whining.
