  Walked in with my kids to order food and immediately noticed 4 employees standing about 4 feet from the counter laughing joking and having a good old time, doing everything except working. I stood at the counter for 4 minutes before one of them said “are you trying to order food?” I said yes I am, I’m paying cash. She responded you have to use the kiosks (which do not take cash). They refused to allow me to place an order at the counter although there was an excess of employees standing around doing absolutely nothing. Took my business to McDonald’s right across the street which has no kiosks and no employees standing around doing absolutely nothing. Also, no kiosks in sight. I was not trained in using kiosks, and Taco Bell does not pay me to do what employees are supposed to do. This is not good for business. Will not return to this location, do not recommend visiting this location.

  All crap. I know some people have enjoyed it there, and so have I. But this last time we went last Sunday night to get my mom, my daughter and myself something to eat. I had ordered just plain cheese quesadillas for my daughter and other things for me and my mom. First the guy working in drive thru I guess was new or I don't know maybe just didn't wanna be there. And the manager had to come over to fix the register for him..well the manager was unprofessional and a complete you know what. Rude as rude gets. And then I give my toddler her cheese quesadillas and she starts screaming and crying. The plain cheese quesadillas had hot sauce and queso in it!!!! Now you tell me why they did that to my daughters food! And they knew the food was for a lil child! I will never go back there. Their lucky I had driven all the way home.

  Just got food here 5 minutes ago, food is completely cold not even warm. Fries are hard and cold to the touch. They must be hiring people from McDonald's, edit, I called them and a lady answered, I told her my food was cold and she said it wasn't possible she temp checked the food and it was 165°. I'd put it more like 65° I even had my brother try a fry, not even slightly warm. It's one thing to make a mistake but another to directly lie to a customer.

  I love Taco Bell but I hate having to use the "kiosk". Almost to the point that I wont shop at a place that requires their use. Otherwise, typical taco bell. 1/4 dang.

  Never again i got 3 bean burritos that looked like.They'd been sitting on the counter for about 8 hours.I got pictures but can't post them .
