  I love Dairy Queen ice cream, actually the strawberry cheesecake blizzard or just a sundae. I walked in bc the drive thru was busy and it’s disgusting inside, but the only restaurant in Fairdale so another time I went thru drive thru at 940 and bc they were closing at 10 I got a rude younger girl on the speaker and I even said we’re just getting ice cream is it ok and she was so rude she said, so what do u want as she was breathing heavy and u could clearly hear how mad she was in her tone. Then again another shot, bc it’s close and I send my husband to get me a chicken strip basket I get it with a drink and strawberry sundae. Well bc he didn’t say that specifically, they charged him for a 4 pc and it came with no drink and no sundae. Plus the 4th piece that made up for all the extra stuff I didn’t get today, was tiny like it broke in had and still got fried. I work in the restaurant industry so I don’t normally complain, but 3 strikes from us! I called to ask about it the manager offered me nothing to make up for it, it was my husband who ordered wrong but why not as a worker go above and beyond and offer that bc of the xtras. We live in Fairdale and I will get ice cream at least 3 times a week at any dq, but will not be coming back to this nasty, and not helpful location again!

  This is literally the only DQ in Louisville i will eat at! The food is always so hot and fresh, and the staff are always so nice!! Kudos to this store, it's the best in the city
