  Okay, this is a new Jimmy John's by my work. The employees have to wear gloves, but no beard nets or hair nets and today, this guy looked scuzy.. I definitely didn't want him making my sandwich that I already paid for and it's all I'm thinking about trying to eat it now. -I get it, im a guy and sometimes don't think I need to shave. But they definitely don't have any pride in where they're at. *I hope they're getting paid enough, 16 or $17 maybe they'd be more prideful, idk, i hope the culture changes. I'd give them a few months. Definitely not going back right now.

  Very disappointed in the service of this new Jimmy John's. They've gone from freaky fast to freaky slow. Their new slogan freaky fresh doesn't live up to its name either. Their sandwiches aren't any better than they used to be, and you can't see them make your sandwich anymore. Just a new slogan so they don't have to be fast anymore. It used to be a place to get your sandwich within 5 minutes or less until I visited this location last weekend. It took 30 minutes to get our sandwiches. Being a new store, I thought it would be better service, but it's far from that. The store in Crestview Hills was always fast when I stopped in, but the new store in Erlanger is not the same. Maybe they need 2 separate sandwich stations (one for in-store and one for delivery/drive-thru) to keep up with demand.

  First time ever having Jimmy John's and I can say not a bad sandwich and the service is fast as hell I was not expecting that nice little outside area to eat . Definitely a new customer
