  This is the second and last time I am visiting this location first time I said it’s a new location so I let it go … today I tried again the lady at the counter was very unprofessional she didn’t even ask my name for my order after 10 min my food was ready , I picked it up and came home . The order was wrong I call the store and I got I bland sorry and that’s it . The same lady said bring it back and will give you the correct order . I drove back and got my order and I got a look from the lady at the register like it was my fault!! Again a bland sorry and out the door!! Unfortunately i will take my business somewhere else that they will appreciate it more good luck !!!

  Bread is hard, lettuce was brown and sandwich tasted nasty after I removed the brown lettuce..I took two bites to make sure I wasn't tasting something else but it was very crappy tasting and definitely don't recommend this place

  This is the new Jimmy John’s in Erlanger with a drive thru. I ordered ahead on the app & picked up in the drive thru. Ordering on the app was easy. The drive thru is great, especially with inclement weather. But, maneuvering the sharp turns in a big suv is scary. The food was correct. The order was ready when promised.

  Only one person working on a Friday night in their Crestview Hills, KY location. It was clear that she was swamped in online orders. When I arrived, there were two hogey buns that had been sitting open with mayo on them for the 5 minutes I had to wait for her to quit talking with a friend (presumably). I wasn't too concerned because I assumed those buns were for an online order. She took my order and proceeded to use one of the now soggy buns in front of her to make my sandwich. I'm pretty nonconfrontational, but I should have said something, though I shouldn't have had to. The sandwich tasted fine when I got home, but was soggy as I suspected. My fault for accepting it, but she should have used a fresh bun. I won't be going back to this location. Have never had a problem with any other Jimmy John's and love their food, so I won't change from it being my cold meat sandwich preference.
