  Ordered pizza at 419pm with a pick up time of 530pm it’s now 550 and still waiting for my pizza!!

  We recently picked up an order from Donatos, and our total was $40.20. While at the window, we noticed the employee handling the card reader seemed to be shuffling with it. After checking our receipt, we saw that a $10 tip had been added without our authorization. When we brought it to her attention, she quickly asked for the receipt back and removed the charge, but insisted on taking the original receipt from us. We called to inform management about the situation and spoke with the shift leader, Nancy. Unfortunately, instead of addressing our concern professionally, she loudly stated that it was “an accident” and then hung up on us. While mistakes can happen, the way this situation was handled was disappointing and unprofessional. We hope management takes this feedback seriously to prevent it from happening to other customers.

  Nancy is rude and disrespectful. I won’t come here when she’s here. She needs to learn how to speak to people.

  I love the atmosphere the food is always fresh and tyler is the most friendly guy I always recommend this place

  They couldn't write down our address properly, so delivery took forever, and the food was ice cold. Also, I paid for an extra sauce and never received it.
