I loved this location for almost a year but the last 3 times I stopped in, I left. They seem to ALWAYS be out of one or more of brown rice, chicken, sour cream, cheese. Come on, now.. sour cream and cheese take less than 5 mins to prep. Maybe I'll try again in 6 months to see if things have gotten better before I write it off as bad management

Uncooked rice, cold chicken, no ice, or them simply sayinf they don’t have something like the fajita mix in either line (the drive through one and the regular one), if you want chipotle go to any other one but this one.
