  I had a disappointing experience at this Wendy’s drive-thru. I ordered a #1 combo, but from the start, communication was difficult—I could barely hear the employee taking my order through the speaker. When I pulled forward, it wasn’t clear which window to go to, which added to the confusion. Once I got to the correct window, the employee was very short with me and not personable at all. There was no greeting, no effort to communicate clearly, and overall the interaction felt rushed and unwelcoming. I understand everyone has tough days, but customer service matters—especially in a drive-thru where clear communication is key. I hope management can address this and improve the experience for future customers. - KYCS Consulting

  Fries were cold. Service was shitty. One of the burgers had a hair in it and the other one was cold.

  I walked into the store and noone was in it that was an employee that I could even see. It was weird. The manager took my order and didn't give me a receipt after I paid. I thought it would be in my bag. I did not receive a receipt at all. My Bacon Big Classic was lukewarm and my fries were limp and cold. I don't think I should have to tell the manager how to do her job. I used to go here every night. I won't go to Wendy's anymore. I threw the fries on the lawn. At least the birds can eat them. I have too many health issues to mess around with a company that doesn't care about their customers food being up to health department standards.

  I went in during my lunch break bought my food for me and coworker and I was in a rush because it was my lunch break by the time I got back into the car and headed back to work I realized that my order wasn't complete they put in an incomplete order and I was forced to take an l which I didn't like and then the phone number that was on the receipt tried to call it guess what? it was disconnected and then I tried to get on the internet and look up the real phone number called again and it was also a dead end so all in all this place sucks I would like to get my money back but I have to take an L cuz you know working man's got to be a working man.
