    I ordered a footlong chicken bacon ranch sub on April 20, 2026 via the mobile app. I picked up my order and sat down in the restaurant to enjoy my lunch. The sandwich was not made to order and one ingredient was left off (it's literally in the name of the sub). When I brought this to the attention of one of the employees, her solution to the problem was: "I can give you a cup of ranch". I explained that I would prefer to have the sandwich made to the specifications that I ordered and paid for. The employee then comes from behind the counter with the bottle of ranch attempting squirt the ranch dressing on my sandwich right there at the table. Very unprofessional. I sat in the restaurant for a few more minutes giving the employees an opportunity to remake my sandwich. The employees proceeded to ignore me and did absolutely nothing to correct the situation. If this is how this location treats their paying customers, I can assure you that I will not be back. I urge anyone reading these reviews to do the same. I contacted corporate to request a refund and have yet to hear back.

    I stopped by Subway just about 5 minutes before closing, and I have to say—Scott and Elijah absolutely went above and beyond. Instead of rushing or making me feel like an inconvenience, they were friendly, patient, and provided top-notch service the entire time. They took pride in what they were doing, made my order perfectly, and kept a great attitude even at the end of a long day. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. Huge shoutout to Scott and Elijah—you guys represent Subway the right way! I’ll definitely be back because of the experience you gave me.

    Stopped by Subway and had a pretty disappointing experience. I went through the drive-thru and the lady came off really rude, which already set the tone. Then my sandwich was made awful—it was a complete mess and felt super rushed. Definitely not what I expected.

    Do not dine here ! Rude manager and will not replace food if they mess it up. When you call to let them know the sandwich was made wrong, the staff tells you that the manager said to take your name down and you give them your name, then when you come through to get the replacement, the person speaking says they are the manager and they never take customers names down, and advises that customers are suppose to take the workers name down, but they never tell us we need to get their name to get a replacement. She also said she can only do online replacements. Then the “manager” changes her story again and says actually we just can’t replace it because it’s been a week and that’s just too long. If those are the supposed rules , decide on which one is the truth, and then tell the customer that they need to take the workers name and come back in less than 7 days . Or don’t make up lies in the first place! This is the worst subway in all of Etown.
