  Wish I could give negative stars. I have ate here for years at different locations. Never will I ever stop at this location again. It needs to be shut down period. Waitresses all look like they are cracked out. Waited 30 minutes for our drink order to even be taken. Waited over an hour and still never got our food. Clearly states that kids 4 and under eat free with adult entree purchase , that was not the case.

  So my brother and I were feeling nostalgic and decided to hit up the Shoney's in etown for the first time in years for the breakfast bar. The buffet was well stocked, everything tasted pretty good (the bacon was a little over done when we got there but the second round they put out was great) Server was friendly and kept our drinks full and for a buffet it wasn't that expensive. I mean it's Shoney's, so don't expect 5 star dining lol but for the price and what it is, it was pretty damn good! If I had ANY complaint, nearly every table was dirty when we got there, so our hostess had to wander around to find us a table, and our table was SOAKING wet cuz it had just been wiped down. Other than that, great experience!

  We waited over an hour for food since we didn’t get buffet. Only 4 tables at that time. Many items we wanted we were told they aren’t available. Waitress came back multiple times to ask what we ordered and we had to ask for missing items for the rest of 2 kids meals, the vibe was very different and weird. First time experience not impressed won’t be back. $76 and it was horrible the only good item was a burger.

  I love Shoney's. That's why while on my layover in town I went here, for the buffet. I arrived at 8PM, 2 full hours before closing. The buffet was being torn down, and the staff acted like I was a big inconvenience. I was ignored for a while, and then asked if I want the buffet that was being torn down. The server got me a drink and a menu, and a little while later my order. She gave my order to the cook who was tearing down the buffet, only for him to get an attitude about it. I cancelled the order and left. The staff was rude, very unprofessional, and still got an attitude when I didn't tip for the drink I paid for. Thankfully, Wendy's a couple doors up gave excellent, friendly, and quick service.
