I walk in, the dude at the counter looked like he was dozing off of something and i could barely hear him at all. I asked for a medium pink lemonade but they were out. As i was walking in i see a dude walk out with a large pink lemonade. I go ask for ketchup he didn’t even give me a chance to finish my words and said they were out and didn't even try to look. Bad workers at its finest.

Food was good, but a customer who had been there since 7pm (I arrived at about 7:20) had not received her food. The employees seemed disorganized, even though I was not directly affected.
