My son order cheesy Gordita crunches that barely had anything in them… they were really pitiful, even though the price is up to $5,29… I ordered a luxe meal, the chicken burrito didn’t even taste like it had chicken in it and I didn’t get my nachos or my dipping sauce. My Gordita was hard on the outside. I couldn’t even bite it. What a horrible experience!!

Then my 11 month old choked on some food and after everyone stared as both my husband and I took turns giving her back blows to dislodge the food (she is fine). When I went to the front to ask for something to clean up the lady gave me the most annoyed look like I had the audacity to interrupt her making a taco. She asked her coworker for a rag and gave me a glare then went back to making the food. It wasn’t until I think the manager came in that we were able to ask for a mop. And when we told her what happened she looked very concerned and asked if she was okay. Then another employee was nice enough to mop it up for us. Don’t be like the first lady
