- AAAmeliaFeb 11, 20265.0This is the better Subway in Hardin county. They take the rewards, coupons, etc and they make your sub correctly. Very polite especially the GM - Cassandra. I walked in today and she greeted me right away. Caleb made my sandwich perfect and Griffin who is training stepped up and did a great job grabbing customers and helping the drive thru. I will make the drive from Radcliff just to go here.

I had it delivered up at work and tried to call them and find out what was up with that cause it was 27.00 for a blt 12inch meal and they didn’t pick up the phone I tried calling 8 times. Guess I’ll be calling in morning since they won’t answer

I was there a month an half ago and Meghan made me a turkey footlong and was toasted just to where I like it without it being burnt like other subway’s and she absolutely nailed it! It was so delicious and Meghan is so welcoming and very polite the best customer service I have ever received from any subway and hands down to the cleanest and well maintained subway I have ever stepped foot in! Love this subway so much will most definitely be back! Thank you so much again Meghan for making my sandwich to the way I like it and being very polite, respectful, and welcoming! Keep up the great work Subway!
