- DDdudoJan 3, 20261.0I had a very terrible experience tonight at Subway. The woman with red hair had an attitude from the second we walked into the door. Not only was she rude to us, but to a Doordash driver picking up an order. She messed up our order multiple times and each time we said something to her she clapped back with attitude and utter disrespect. She was rocking back and forth and dropping things, she seemed very scattered brained. She couldn’t remember the answer to a question she had just asked. Overall worst fast food experience i’ve ever had, and I will not be going back to this Subway again.

I say ok i can wait a little bit. Then she tells me it will be faster if I come in. There was a personal reason why I didn't come in that's why I went thru the drive thru. Half an hour later im still there, waiting. There was no I'm almost done, no I'll be with you in a minute...nothing! This isn't the first time ive had to wait more than I believe a customer should. Waiting 30 minutes at a drive thru is completely ridiculous! This store is very convenient for me but Ive never been more dissatisfied. I won't be back.
