- MWMelissa WilliamsAug 21, 20251.0I pulled up to the drive thru no cars in front of me, only two cars in the parking lot. The employee tells me she'll get to me when she can she's busy. I say ok i can wait a little bit. Then she tells me it will be faster if I come in. There was a personal reason why I didn't come in that's why I went thru the drive thru. Half an hour later im still there, waiting. There was no I'm almost done, no I'll be with you in a minute...nothing! This isn't the first time ive had to wait more than I believe a customer should. Waiting 30 minutes at a drive thru is completely ridiculous! This store is very convenient for me but Ive never been more dissatisfied. I won't be back.
