We tried to order our usual pizza combo—something we get all the time at Domino's—but the phone service was incredibly rude. The employee seemed annoyed and unhelpful, making the whole process frustrating. When the pizza arrived, it was an absolute mess. It was completely soggy and undercooked, more like soup on a crust than a pizza. When I called to complain, they blamed our pizza topping choices, which was ridiculous since we order the same thing from competitors without any issues. They agreed to remake it, but the second pizza was just as bad. It was still a soggy, unappetizing mess. Sad to Papa John's used to be my favorite!

Very, very nice and I know it gets busy, but please stop and wash your hands. COVID is amongst us.
