    This experience was nice but questionable at the same time, the food was quite expensive, with small portions to come along with it. This place I would come again if had to but nit by choice, it's okay.

    I recently had a terrible experience with Papa John's, from the initial phone call to the final, disappointing pizza. We tried to order our usual pizza combo—something we get all the time at Domino's—but the phone service was incredibly rude. The employee seemed annoyed and unhelpful, making the whole process frustrating. When the pizza arrived, it was an absolute mess. It was completely soggy and undercooked, more like soup on a crust than a pizza. When I called to complain, they blamed our pizza topping choices, which was ridiculous since we order the same thing from competitors without any issues. They agreed to remake it, but the second pizza was just as bad. It was still a soggy, unappetizing mess. Sad to Papa John's used to be my favorite!

    Had a wonderful lady named Regina that delivered my food! She got a little lost delivering my order but didn’t give up on delivering it to me! Food was here faster than expected. Food was still hot and fresh thanks to Regina!

    While waiting for a order I watched the Manager wait in a customer , touching money and everything and went straight to the counter and started a spinning dough without washing his hands They are a great bunch of people. Very, very nice and I know it gets busy, but please stop and wash your hands. COVID is amongst us.
