The order was over 10 minutes late being ready, and in the time I stood there waiting I watched the staff moving extremely slow and unmotivated, the manager on duty had a chat with employees in front of the counter without offering any help or explanation or apology of any kind. To be clear, I did NOT yell at anyone or curse, I wasn't verbally abusive to the staff or slam anything. But because I was visibly frustrated by the time she brought the order to me and she didn't like it, she demanded to know what my name was so she could call and complain about me with a smug smirk on her face. I told her she didn't need to know my name, she just needed to stop making people wait nearly 15 minutes over pick up time without at least a greeting. As I left, she told me I wouldn't be back. I have never had an issue with deliveries from this store before, but this was the worst pick up I've had ANYWHERE. I have worked in service many, many years and I know all it usually takes to make a situation like this better is to make contact with the customer. A "hey sorry, we are running behind" will do wonders. But the manager, who should understand communication better, chose to be rude and unprofessional, and to threaten me instead.
