Food was okay. Employees just standing around doing literally nothing staring at the customers. Was not enjoyable what so ever, it was a terrible waste of money.

- TBTina BuckmanOct 19, 20251.0After my son and I went to dinner and Mr gatti's we noticed that the saladb ar was almost completely empty and all the pizzas that was already made look pretty plain and not appetizing so we asked for a took the order request which did not look any better so after approaching the cashier I had asked him if there was a possibility of just getting a voucher to come back at a later date for a free buffet because of my unhappy visit he went and asked the manager which she quickly responded with no there's nothing we can do I was like seriously I wasn't even trying to get money back I just want another visit for the buffet but I'm not sure if I would want to come here and spend my money anymore it's after all the years I've come here this has been the sorry visit and it's because they were just ready to go home I work for the government and that is just unacceptable all I wanted is my free buffet that manager was sorry and she wouldn't even turn around and approach me herself she had to send her little cashier to do it
