  Ordered online via the app. Still spent 10 minutes in the drive through. Got to the window, got drinks, moved to next window, was sent to third window. Third window we waited, almost 15 minutes. They eventually shoved a couple of bags out the window, wrong order number…..instead of lunch we got 9 large fries…with bar b que sauce? Been watching thing go downhill for years. Won’t be back.

  They got my entire order wrong. The entire reason I went was to play monopoly, I ordered my whole $40 order off the monopoly menu, and didn't get a single monopoly peel off on any of the food or drinks. I was extremely upset about it. Like I said, that was the whole reason I decided to go to McDonald's....I hate McDonald's normally, and the only reason I chose to eat here today was to play the monopoly which I didn't even get to do because this specific McDonald's is a joke...will never eat here again. The employee who handed us our food was extremely rude and pretty much threw our food at us, spilled one of the drinks on my husband, and proceeded to rush us out of the drive thru....so yeah...this place was terrible.

  My food was not prepared correctly. The girl who brought my food curbside seemed to be under the influence of something. She walked up right after I parked in the spot and tried to give me someone else's food. Whoever prepared my order left the fries out of the bag. I went into the restaurant to get them. I stood at the counter for several minutes before I finally got the attention of a manager by calling out to her. I had several employees look at me and one even walked right by without acknowledging I was standing there. Honestly they all looked like they were sleepwalking. Terrible customer service.

  If I could give less than one star I would. Sat in DT for over 20 minutes before getting to the speaker. The two people taking orders were rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. The guy taking orders from the speaker closest to the building kept making small talk with the customers and then saying, "I got you." The people at the food window seemed irritated by the back up, too. Food was cold and gross. No doubt, a result of the dumpster fire that was the DT ordering.
