The person taking orders Kristen was very disinterested in being personable and friendly when speaking with my wife while ordering food today. Even the employee who gave us the food apologized for her very rude tone and was hesitant to give us her name probably meaning she’s the manager and was worried about her reaction. The staff overall was fine, but Kristen needs to learn how to be friendly even when you’re busy.

For the price and quality we found Subway is a much better way to go. Also I am gluten intolerant and they allow salads you have to pick a menu item and do the un- wich, which works ok, but then they only have certain foods on each type and they won't allow you to swap them out. I wanted grilled chicken, a certain sauce, and certain vegetables. They won't allow that. So if you're into exactly as their menu items are and can eat each thing they already have on them you're ok. My fiance ate a normal menu sandwich and he found the bread to be very tough, 2 very thin shaved like slices of meat, and he said he'd not go back either. He also could not arrange the vegetables as he'd liked. So we will stick to subway. Service was good. Atmosphere wasn't as the music playing was loud, only screaming in it, no word pronunciation, and made for an uncomfortable atmosphere.
