Orders are now received only upon arrival, leading to 15–20 minute waits during rush hour and melted lemon ices by the time food is ready. Trevor was the bright spot—aware of the issue, empathetic, and kind enough to remake our lemon ices—but the app experience truly needs to be fixed.
