Tried to salvage what I could but not much could be done. Guess you get what you get going through the drive through. Won't be back to this location!

Unfortunately instead of being treated with any sort of kindness or respect I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with manager Jared. I placed an order for 1 strawberry Sunday, 1 hot fudge Sunday, and 1 kids meal ice cream. The lady at register was great! She placed the order no problem. They notified us that the ice cream machine needed to be refilled so being 9 months pregnant (Due TOMORROW.) I went and sat down at my table. After seeing multiple other ice cream orders go out I sent my husband to go check on our order and Jared very snippy and rudely replied “we already had called your order out.” -It couldn’t have even been sitting there five minutes if that had been the case? Assuming my order was thrown away he refused to remake my order and issued a refund and not even returning the free Sunday & free kids meal ice cream that I was expecting to redeem. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and I’m very saddened to be treated like that.

The young guys name was “Titus” I’m pretty sure, but after giving me my last item, I drove away before he could even hand me my card back seeing how I just got drinks, well before I could even get out of the parking lot, Titus was about 5 feet from my car and was waiving me down saying I had forgot my card. This employee ran from inside the store outside in a moments notice because I was fast getting out of there and still managed to get me my card. Need more people like Titus in the world.
