  I usually do not eat at McDonald's. I hate their food, but my favorite coffee shop down the street wasn't opened. The staff was very nice. The lady brought me my food when I was at the table so that I didn't need to leave my kids or fight them away from the cool light up tables. There was one other patron in the restaurant and he seemed to be a nice gentleman.

  Management was rude at 11:30 today at drive thru window because I refused to pull up into a parking spot. I’ve not pulled up into a parking spot since this group had totally forgotten about my order. I sat there for 15 minutes watching car go in and out. I had to get out of my truck and go tell them about my order they forgot. There is nothing wrong in any way that I sit at the window and be waited on before people behind me. You already take my money. That’s like me getting my food first and waiting to pay. It’s ridiculous. The manager that slammed the door in my face represents you. Good choice of character. Maybe we take the pull ups to social media and see where you stand. No more pull ups from me. I sure we can make it more

  I come to McDonald's most of the time for the drive thru service. Almost everytime, no matter what I get we are asked to pull over. We did some research on this and they do it to have better times. Im so sick of pulling over to help their fake scores. Not every Mcdonalds does this. Its a drive thru... not a drive and go sit.

  I don't know why we even go here. 50% of the time our order is wrong or something is missing Order 3 hasbrowns and a burrito. In the bag is at least 15 napkins, sauce packet, 3 hasbrowns. Why even add the sauce packet. Called and was spoken to as if I inconvenienced them, that I paid for a order and didn't get all of it. Parked, walked in to get the missing item, the nasty huffy and looks were absolutely Insane. Next time just gonna go next door and get wendys... at least they're consistent.
