  The store was absolutely disgusting and natural got our order wrong. Chicken nuggets were old and stale. Its a very busy location but was no excuse for the floors to be covered in food and coke.

  Drive through is a joke, no matter what you order or how many cars are in line you will always be asked to drive your car to the reserved spots to wait for your food. If your looking for actual fast food just go to any of the surrounding fast food places. McDonalds seems to be the only one in Dry Ridge that does this.

  We ordered a kids meal and crispy chicken meal. They had us and about 10 other cars park to the side for some reason. We waited 20 minutes because they dont tell you to pull off to the side until after you pay so you're stuck! When are food finally came out it was cold. The staff was so confused and had so many cars pulled of to the side they had no idea what was happening. Do yourself a favor and go next door to wendys.

  we went thru the drive thru. we ordered a double quarter pounder meal, plain. usually, when we order something differently than how it's supposed to be made, we have to pull out of the line and wait for it. this is ridiculous, but that's how this mcdonald's operates. however, we waited 18 minutes for the sandwich. so, when we paid for our meal, the guy practically threw my change at me, asked if i wanted my receipt, then slammed the window closed before i could answer. we got the fries and drink, but had to wait for the sandwich. we watched the employees come out with meal after meal after meal for cars that were behind us, but they weren't bringing our sandwich. so i went inside. the employees were moving slower than literally any other fast food restaurant i've ever seen, and 3 or 4 of them were just standing around talking. i asked for my sandwich, told them we'd been waiting 15 minutes for it, and the manager gave it to me and said "there you go." no "sorry for the wait," nothing. meanwhile, the fries were stone cold. i don't get why they can't just fill orders properly. why do we have to pull out of line and wait ages on our food? this happens every time we go thru the drive thru, even when they're not busy. they need to get their act together.
