  I personally will never go here again. It was explained very rudely that everything is made fresh when you order. The onion rings had 7 in the little box so are you trying to tell me you cook 7 onion rings at a time. I complained to the manager and she escalated it to her manager. Mind you she left me waiting while she was leaned against the counter texting. Also walking in a guy working there was smoking pot. I was assured everyone there was in rehab lol. No way they be smoking pot in the job. Place is ran horrible. I drive to Stanford sonic now actually is a very nice place. Also I never fill out bad rviews

  Got all the way home to discover that I am missing the biggest portion of my order. When I come back 10 minutes later after they wouldn’t answer. The service is incredibly slow even though there are no other customers.

  I did a mobile order pulled through the drive thru and the person I spoke to was very clear that he wished the customers would stop coming through and when I expressed I understood and I used to work at a sonic myself he proceeded to ask me not to throw trash in the parking lot (had zero intention of that to begin with). Got home and had half a fry and the sausage in the breakfast burritos were really old and crunchy not to mention the hole in the cup given to me that spilled all over my kid and car. I rarely have a good experience at this sonic. Best to eat elsewhere.
