This is the third time we have ordered pick-up from the Danville, KY, location. Three times now, we find out when we get home that they left the meat off one of our sandwiches. I can understand once, or maybe twice, but three times is a bit much. We will not give them a chance to do it again.

So I ordered a Lil john with lettuce, tomato, mayo, meat and cheese. What I received was wet warm meat with mayo and a slab of meat. On top of that when I came in the customer service was terrible I wasn't greeted and was told to wait because all 4 employees were working on a order I didn't know that it takes the whole staff to make one order. My wait time was almost 15 minutes and was dealing with a cashier who had an attitude and was trying to rush my order which led to it being all wrong. Inside it was very hot and no one was even there. I soon noticed another lady come in and saw that she was greeted immediately and the cashier was all smiles for her. I think it could be a race situation or maybe they just had an attitude. But I will not be returning here anytime soon it seems like qdoba and Jimmy John's are the two worst food services I have received within this year. Please do better and train your staff on customer service.

We love these guys for cold sandwiches. I was in there today, and the employee refilling the chip display was doing a great job checking the bags of chips….. he must have found 6-8 bags that were NOTHING BUT AIR as he was refilling the display‼️
Awesome job checking. Who would have thought that the corporate supplier would let something like this happen‼️ Great job of the local employee SAVING the local AND THE CORPORATE entity from being judged “crap” due to some half-baked chip vendor.
Bags should be weighed by the chip vendor, not just counted because they are FULL SOMETHING, like air. Pretty sure our government would have something to say about this suppliers’ lack of attention.

The store was empty when we arrived, yet we waited over 30 minutes for our food. It eventually became clear they were prioritizing DoorDash orders over the customers actually standing in front of them. Had I known walk-ins were an afterthought, I would’ve gone elsewhere.

Jimmy John's sandwiches have always been some of my favorite subs. Great service from our sandwich makers, though it was a little hard to hear the person taking our order. Overall satisfied with our experience!
