  I had a wonderful experience today; I was having a terrible morning starting out and decided to go out for lunch and I spoke with Ava after she took my order and simply just by asking how my day was going was more than I expected and it honestly brightened up my day enough I wanted to shout her out!

  Sad experience. Used to frequent here a lot but not anymore. Went through the mobile drive thru and received our order… just before we pull off we realized right off the bat; we were missing a milkshake and chose to go inside since it was a simple mistake, but when we went inside and waited for our turn at the counter; the moment It was our turn in line a lady at the counter, in red looked right over us, and immediately turned her attention straight to the lady behind us. I was extremely puzzled as of why we were looked over after waiting our turn in line… not wanting to interrupt we waited for after they finished talking to inform the lady in red that we were missing a milkshake. She barely acknowledged what we had said before telling us they’re working on it, so we stepped off to the side and waited. The lady must’ve thought we were out of earshot because she proceeded to tell some other worker to see if we had paid for it and had the receipt (which I tried to show her earlier until she practically brushed off my existence…) they proceeded to try and give me someone else’s milkshake which I declined (since it wasn’t mine and someone elses who was waiting on their own separate order.) eventually a different worker came over to check my recipe and seen that I did have a milkshake and got it to us— with no problem. Eventually we returned home and didn’t have the ice creams for the kids meals, but didn’t want to go back through the same hassle, and brushed it off. I didn’t want to draw attention to it since it could’ve been a minor mistake or mix-up but the customer service received by the lady in red at the front counter was disappointing. She needs to be retrained and informed that the way she handled it was unprofessional and unappealing.

  I don't think their food is as good as it use to be. I doordash a lot from there and their employees are most polite and friendly of any restaurant I visit.
