  Our server was the absolute sweetest 💗 Hailey was incredibly friendly and attentive. She checked in at the right times, was patient, and made the whole experience feel welcoming.

  We did a mobile order as we live in the area and then got on 75N to travel to see family for holidays. Bit into my chili cheese sandwiches and they had mustard and I ordered NO MUSTARD because of allergic reactions to mustard.. My son bit into his cheese coneys ordered NO MUSTARD NO ONIONS and they had mustard and onions. As we were already out of the area I called and spoke to the manager. She told me to bring back my wrong food that we bit into that was made wrong and allergic too and she will fix it. I let her know we are already out of the area could we get a credit. The Manger rudely and disrespectfully said NO CREDIT deal with it if you can't bring back the wrong food... mind you I'm allergic to mustard and praying I didn't eat enough mustard that I don't have an allergic reaction to the bite I took. I spent over $50.00 on this trip to Goldstar and just asked for the credit for the cheese coneys and chili cheese sandwiches that were made wrong not my whole order. I said I will bring back the cheese coneys and chili cheese sandwiches on Sunday when I return back to the area and the manager hung up on me.

  If Goldstar Were a Country, I’d Apply for Citizenship — Thanks to Ian Let me make something very clear: I have eaten at many fast-food coney places in my lifetime. Skyline, Dixie, you name it. But Goldstar? Goldstar is not just a restaurant. Goldstar is a sanctuary for the soul, a soothing chili-scented embrace from the universe itself. And the reason my life is forever changed… is Ian. I walked in craving a simple 3-Way. I left believing in miracles. Ian—oh sweet chili-slinging hero—did not merely take my order. He curated it. He looked at me with the calm confidence of a man who has stared into the depths of a chili vat and emerged wiser. When he asked, “Is that all for you today?” I felt seen. Understood. Emotionally supported. My food didn’t just arrive quickly. It arrived like it had been blessed by a council of flavor elders. The cheese? A glorious golden avalanche. The chili? Simmered to perfection, as if Ian personally whispered encouragement to every spice. The hot dog? Honestly, I think it winked at me. At one point, Ian passed by to check on my meal, and I swear a gentle breeze followed him—like even the air is proud to be around this man. If customer service were an Olympic sport, Ian would have so many gold medals he’d have to store them in a separate chili bucket. When I finished, Ian said, “Have a great day,” and I’m not exaggerating when I say my day immediately became great. Plants looked greener. Birds sang louder. I’m 87% sure my car drove smoother on the way home. Goldstar + Ian = the greatest duo since chili and cheese. I will absolutely be returning. In fact, I might bring my family here for holidays now. Christmas at Goldstar just feels right. I love Ian with all my heart. ❤️‍🩹
