Any time I have went through the drive thru, they shove a bag of food at you as quickly as possible and then slam the window almost as if they are trying to prevent you from having a moment to ask for anything extra. One time I asked for hot sauce for my 3 way, the person snapped that it was already in the bag and slammed the window. It was ketchup in the bag. Tonight I order a 3 way, theres no cheese, no crackers and I didn’t dare ask for any hot sauce since I had to ask for the drink that came with the kids meal that all in motion got shoved at me with a “sorry about that” and the window slamming shut. I can understand being busy and rushing, but this is every single time I go to this place.
