The employee was kind and applied a coupon despite the app not allowing the deal—other McDonald’s I’ve been to just refuse and it’s so infuriating because it’s not my fault that the app says the code is invalid. The food was hot and fresh, as well as timely. Coffee is always good at any McDonald’s, but was especially good at this location. And the snack wrap was put together with care and wrapped nicely, not thrown together like every other McDonald’s. 10/10 recommend. Wish I lived in Crestwood.

Getting orders wrong is one thing but unsafe food is completely unacceptable.
