First bite, I honestly thought they made me a veggie sub: the meat was so thin/light I couldn’t even tell it was there (see photos). Tomatoes were paper-thin (see-through), and the “cheese” was basically undetectable. My wife placed the order and kept asking for more, but they repeated, “If we add any more, it won’t close.” I’ve had subs with literally five times more ingredients and it closes just fine. If you’re paying for a meat-and-cheese sub, don’t expect to get one here.

This subway also raised thier prices on all sandwiches compared to other subways in the area by quite a bit. (Don't believe me then go to the app and put a sandwich in your cart from this location then change to another location and do the same sandwich and your price will be significantly higher at this location.) The lady who runs the place is very rude and does not put full portions of meats and toppings on sandwich, and then has the audacity to say "oh, no tip today?" when paying for my order. This has happened multiple times. I will never go back and will drive an extra 10 minutes out of my way to another subway in erlanger because of pure principal at this point. I hope the ownership changes due to lack of customers. This is by far the worst subway I have ever had the displeasure of walking into. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS SUBWAY!!!
