There were 5 employees sitting at a big table eating and talking and our server seemed like we were inconveniencing her to take our order and bring the food. And we were the only people there and somehow it was slow.

The chili seemed bland to what I remember and a highlight of Skyline was always the mound of cheese. This has very little cheese. As always, plenty of crackers. Was disappointed or my memory is bad and my expectations were too high.
